Terms of ServiceGeneral Terms*I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.
* I have permission to post and share commissioned artwork on my social media, portfolio, and other promotional platforms unless otherwise discussed.
* All commissions include up to 5 free edits/revisions. Additional edits may incur an extra charge.
* Estimated completion times may vary depending on workload, complexity, and personal circumstances.Payments and Refunds* Payments are accepted through PayPal only.
* At least 50% of the total payment must be received before any sketches are sent to the client.
* Full payment must be received before the final high-resolution artwork is delivered.
* Full refunds may only be issued if work has not yet begun.
* Partial refunds may be considered if work has been started but not completed. The refund amount will be based on the amount of work already completed.
* No refunds will be issued after the commission has been completed and delivered. Any chargeback attempted after commission delivery is fraudulent and will be disputed.Client Terms* Commissioned artwork may not be used for commercial purposes, profit, advertising, merchandise, AI training, or any monetized content without prior permission.
* Commercial usage rights are available for an additional fee (see pricing).
* The client may repost, display, print, and use the commissioned artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes.
* The client may not claim the artwork as their own creation, remove signatures or watermarks, or alter the artwork without permission.
* Credit is appreciated when reposting publicly, where applicable.Artist Terms* I retain all rights, ownership, and copyright to the artwork unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
* Purchasing a commission does not transfer copyright or commercial rights.
* I reserve the right to use commissioned artwork for portfolios, examples, social media, and self-promotion unless otherwise discussed.
* I will make a reasonable effort to communicate progress and notify the client of any significant delays.
